3.3 Excluded Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain an Account on win100: (a) employees, contractors, or agents of win100 or its affiliates; (b) individuals who have been self-excluded from the Platform; (c) individuals who have been permanently banned from the Platform for violations of these Terms.
3.4 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one Account on the win100 Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
4.1 To access the full features of the win100 Platform, you must register an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as requested during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and email address.
4.2 win100 is required by PAGCOR regulations and applicable anti-money laundering laws to verify the identity of all Players. You agree to provide such documentation as win100 may reasonably request for identity verification purposes, including but not limited to a government-issued Philippine ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, SSS ID, UMID).
4.3 win100 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or close any Account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects that the information provided is inaccurate, fraudulent, or incomplete.
4.4 You must promptly notify win100 of any changes to your registered information by updating your Account settings or contacting customer support at [email protected].
5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your win100 Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party.
5.2 win100 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. This feature is available in your Account security settings and provides an additional layer of protection against unauthorized access.
5.3 win100 will never contact you to request your password via email, live chat, SMS, or any other channel. Any communication purporting to be from win100 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected] immediately.
5.4 You agree to notify win100 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other breach of security. win100 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.
5.5 win100 reserves the right to suspend or lock any Account where it suspects unauthorized access or fraudulent activity, pending investigation.
6.1 Supported Payment Methods. win100 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). win100 reserves the right to add or remove supported payment methods at any time without prior notice.
6.2 Deposits. Deposits are credited to your win100 Account balance upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically credited within 30 seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes depending on the issuing bank. win100 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees.
6.3 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed by win100 within the timeframes published in the Banking section of the Platform. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) business day. win100 reserves the right to request additional identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal.
6.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Real Money Funds may be withdrawn at any time subject to identity verification requirements. Bonus Funds are subject to applicable Wagering Requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal.
6.5 Minimum and Maximum Limits. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are published on the Platform's Banking page and are subject to change. win100 reserves the right to impose transaction limits at its discretion, including for compliance and risk management purposes.
6.6 Anti-Money Laundering. win100 is obligated to comply with Philippine anti-money laundering laws, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) as amended. win100 may delay, suspend, or refuse any transaction that it reasonably suspects may be connected to money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity. win100 may report suspicious transactions to the appropriate authorities without prior notice to the Player.
7.1 win100 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, including applicable Wagering Requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, and expiry dates.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, Bonus Funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering on certain game categories (e.g., live dealer games, table games) may contribute at a reduced rate toward fulfilling Wagering Requirements, as specified in the promotion terms.
7.3 Bonus Abuse. win100 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus and associated winnings where it determines, in its sole discretion, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk bets to fulfill Wagering Requirements, or exploiting errors in bonus calculations.
7.4 Expiry. Bonus Funds that are not used within the validity period specified in the applicable promotion terms will expire and be removed from the Player's Account without compensation.
7.5 win100 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice.
8.1 All games available on the win100 Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.
8.2 Random Number Generation. All win100 casino games that rely on random outcomes use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The RNG systems used by win100's game providers are independently tested and certified by recognized testing laboratories to ensure fairness and unpredictability of outcomes.
8.3 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a game malfunction, system error, or technical fault, win100 reserves the right to void any affected bets and refund the wagered amounts to the Player's Account. win100 shall not be liable for any losses arising from game malfunctions beyond the refund of the original wager.
8.4 Bet Acceptance. win100 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where it suspects that a bet has been placed in violation of these Terms or applicable game rules.
8.5 Sports Betting. All sports bets are subject to the specific sports betting rules published on the Platform. win100 reserves the right to suspend betting markets, void bets, or adjust odds where it determines that an event has been affected by irregular activity, match-fixing, or other circumstances that compromise the integrity of the market.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the win100 Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, and forfeiture of Account balances:

12.2 win100's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds held in your Account at the time the claim arises.
12.3 win100 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. win100 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from Platform downtime, technical errors, or interruptions to internet connectivity.
12.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude win100's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
13.1 win100 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
13.2 win100 may share your personal data with PAGCOR, law enforcement agencies, and other regulatory bodies as required by applicable Philippine law, including for anti-money laundering compliance purposes.

14.1 win100 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, win100 will provide reasonable notice to Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.
14.2 Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account.
15.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
15.2 win100 operates under a license issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Any disputes relating to win100's compliance with its PAGCOR license conditions may be referred to PAGCOR through its official regulatory channels.
15.3 In the event of any dispute between you and win100 arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
